The pricing plans include all of our core features as well as the indicated number of extensions and monthly minutes.

How does voicemail-to-text (V2T) work?
Each plan includes 40 voicemail transcriptions per month for 1 extension. Overage transcriptions are 15¢ each. You can enable V2T for more extensions for $2.95/month (includes 40). After a voicemail message is left, the message is transcribed to text and delivered via email and/or text - along with the original audio file.

What are professional greetings?
Professional greetings includes the option to upload your own greeting, use a computer generated greeting, or submit a greeting to be recorded professionally.
